The NCCWG has a lengthy history in our community, and has been focussed on various fundraisers and then disbursement of those funds to both the church (for the Hamper project and for ongoing operations), and to numerous other organizations, including the Penticton Secondary School Scholarship and Bursary Funds, the Naramata Fire Department, and numerous local charities and good works organizations.
The NCCWG has 18 active members, with all members expected to take on a role with various events. The group has a brochure about its activities. We plan to, and have been, gathering more frequently as a group for social events other than just for planning our fundraisers!
