Come and join with Naramata Centre for a time of quiet music, word and contemplation. A Sacred Pause is a time to step out of the busy pace of all our doing and to bring ourselves mindfully into the moment and presence of the Spirit. This is a non-denominational time to gather in our community and pray, reflect and celebrate.
