In times of crisis, grief, or uncertainty, support is available. Below is a list of provincial and national resources for individuals, youth, and families seeking mental health and crisis support.

Provincial Supports (B.C.)

    • Foundry BC offers free, confidential mental health and wellness support (in person and online) for youth ages 12 to 24

National Supports

    • Hope for Wellness Help Line: 1-855-242-3310
        • For Indigenous peoples across Canada. Telephone support is available upon request in Cree, Ojibway (Anishinaabemowin), and Inuktitut & Two Spirit counsellors are available upon request.

        • Provides 24/7 mental health support, including crisis intervention and access to crisis programs.
